To quote a bushing we need
- Highest voltage Um and rated current (e.g. 12 kV 250 A, 1 kV 630 A)
- Standard or dimension series (EN 50180, EN 50386, DIN 42531, DIN 42530 or your drawing)
- Body material: porcelain or epoxy; colour
- Terminal: stud thread, flag or palm
- Gaskets and clamping parts included or not
- Quantity per order and per year
Bushings by
standard and rating.
Most distribution transformers use bushings from two standard families: EN 50180 above 1 kV and EN 50386 up to 1 kV. IEC 60137 covers general requirements and tests for bushings above 1 kV.
Reference values from the standards and common practice, not a model datasheet. Exact dimensions, ratings and test coverage are confirmed against your drawing.

Routine tests are made on every bushing; type tests per design. Ask which records come with the shipment.
