Tender technical schedule

The utility’s schedule of requirements or guaranteed technical particulars, with the tender number.

Bill of quantities

Item list with ratings and quantities, from an EPC package or a distributor order.

Single-line diagram

For substations and switchgear: circuits, ratings, protection and metering.

Site and delivery data

Altitude, ambient temperature, indoor or outdoor installation, destination port and required date.

What happens next

We check the specification line by line and send back any questions. We then prepare an offer that names the proposed model, the standard, guaranteed losses where relevant, the type-test reports that cover the design and the delivery basis. Drawings and datasheets follow for approval before production.
